Windows 10 No signal from PC

I started up my PC and got a blank screen (monitor displaying “no signal”. I have done all of the research into checking all of the basics.I know it is not the monitor. I have plugged another device into it and displays fine which also eliminates that the cable is faulty.I have pulled and reseated various components such as ram sticks and the gpu. None of these were a fix.I took my pc case and plugged it into our television and was not able to receive a signal.I have removed all usb components prior to start up, and have done the 30 second hold-the-power-switch while unplugged and still nothin
