Windows 11 No sound after Windows 11, version 22H2 install

Windows 11, version 22H2 auto installed last night. Today I have no audio output on my desktop even though everything says it is running and working.It was fine before the install. I went through all the trouble shooting steps manually because the auto troubleshooter did not work, it encountered an error. Anyone know how I can get my sound back?
