I have a Dell G3 15 3590
I have gone on to the sound control panel, set (Headphones, Realtek(R) Audio) to the default device for playback, I have also set (Microphone, Realtek(R) Audio) to the default device for recording. I have made sure they are both enabled, turned the microphone volume to 100, I have the latest drivers for them, the device status is "This device is working properly."
Yet I can hear through the headset however my voice is not picked up, I have tried another headset, both working on xbox and being compatible for PC. I have tried troubleshooting and It said "Troubleshooting couldn't Identify the problem"
When I use the "Test your microphone" feature in the Settings > System > Sound area, the blue bar does not rise, however if I select the Microphone Array option as my input device, the bar does rise.
Would anyone happen to know what the problem might be?
