Windows 11 No sound on PC

I've done everything online but my issue persistsMy audio doesn't work however when I crank up my audio interface volume I get audio but it's very distorted and sounds almost 8-BitI've tried everything online and even have tried Microsoft's technical support but the issue has stayed even when I reset my PC it stays if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!
