I cant believe that what appears to be such a simple thing, that we take for granted as a basic service, is messing with so many people, and has no apparent answers or solutions anywhere online. This is the one place, since you've created windows, that I would expect to get a solution. No one in your help forums seem capable of helping anyone fix this. Now, I've taken the steps as directed by your technician, and I may have just wiped out my brand new pc.I'm only seeing a white screen, aside from this mozilla browser. I cannot access my pc.
