Windows 11 No way to select power level in custom created power plan ?

Recently had to reinstall windows 11 after black screen . Nothing was wrong with the hardware , windows 11 simply crashed and stayed that way !Reninstall windows 11 . After struggle getting it activated ....despite using same license key linked to same microsoft account it would not activate .So I solved those problems . Now I'm over to another favorite area that microsoft "update" loves to meddle with despite never being asked too.POWER PLAN I've found that creating a custom power plan results in consistent operation since I've yet to see an "update" come and change it to "balanced" while era
