Windows 11 No Wi-Fi icon, no Wi-Fi connection, nothing wirks

Windows 11 in S-mode. No Wi-Fi icon, no internet connection, trouble shooter just says restart computer, can’t run cmd because of s-mode, no Wi-Fi adapters listed in device manager, can’t update because I can’t get online. What is going on here? Only had the laptop a few weeks.
