Windows 10 No WiFi Option on computer and IPV4/ IPV6 says disconnected

We have just gotten a freshly wiped computer from work with Windows 10 for use at our home. We've booted it up and there is no option to connect to WiFi, just ethernet, dial up etc. We have been scouring the Internet for a fix and have tried lots of different things to no avail. We don't have ethernet so the computer just has no Internet as it is and we don't know how to fix it. We also can't download files from the Internet as we don't have it. Is anyone able to help please?
