Windows 10 Not able to access Bluethooth in my PC

Bluetooth option not showing in my device. Installed driver is not working, its showing this device cannot start(code 10 error). I tried installing other drivers no use,tried uninstalling driver and installed but no use, tried running some cmd code by seeing from other people queries here in microsoft. My PC ACER ASPIRE 4738 Windows 10 pro version 1607 and my current Bluetooth driver is Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) 10.0.14393.0.
