Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 3501 laptop with a second screen (MSI Optix MAG 341CQ). The monitor is working , but the resolution is awful. Windows display settings are not letting me change the resolution to 3440 x 1440. The highest it will go is 1920x1080. I am using an HDMI cord to connect the monitors. This was all working fine on Friday. Today, Monday, I logged in and the display is no longer showing across the entire second monitor. I have tried display settings, updating driver, etc. Nothing is working. How do I need to make the 3440x1440 setting available for the monitor?
