Windows 11 not able to delete windows update cleanup

i have tried Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup but its gives error 1 and stops at 20%C:\Windows\System32>Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.22621.2792 Image Version: 10.0.22631.4391 [=========== 20.0% ] Error: 1 Incorrect function.
