Windows 10 NOT ABLE TO OPEN EXCEL FILES AND WORD FILES SAVED IN MY LAPTOP THROUGH WINDOWS EXPLORER APP

HELLO ,

I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN EXCEL FILES AND WORD FILES SAVED IN MY LAPTOP THROUGH WINDOWS EXPLORER APP,

WHEN I OPEN THE WINDOWS EXPLORER APP AND CLICK ON ANY OF THESE FILES WINDOWS EXPLORER IS NOT RESPONDING AND I WILL CLOSE THE APP AND BLUE SCREEN APPEARS.

HOPING TO GET AN EARLY REPLY AND THANKING YOU IN ANTICIPATION.



OPERATING SYSTEM : WINDOWS 10 HOME SINGLE LANGUAGE , VERSION : 1909 , OS BUILD : 18363.592 .
