Windows 11 not able to raise a support request from surface app.

hi ,i tried to raise a support request from surface app on my new laptop surface laptop copilot pc. but it directed me to a land page showing message "Service request 7047398361 is not owned by you.If you need more help, visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support."Pls help to find out what may cause this happen. I just need to find out why the new Recall function was able to show in my laptop.
