My laptop crashed and went into recovery mode, prompting me for the bitlocker recovery code. No problem, I followed the instructions on the screen and went to the link. When I tried to log in, I was asked for the last 4 digits of my phone number to send a verification code to, which I entered but did not receive a verification code. I also tried logging in via Microsoft.com and got into the website but was again asked for my phone number’s last 4 for verification when I clicked for my laptops recovery key. Strangely, I have no problem receiving verifications codes for other things from Microso
