I've seen some similar -and closed- questions about this but no one has a valid solution for me.

Can't activate the windows insider program. After I click on "Get started" button, pick an account to get started clicking on the "+" button (Link an account), I select my account and click continue: a message appears, it says:

Loading

This won't take long

Nothing happens after some seconds, the "Pick an account" with the "+ Link an account" appears again. See image at the end.

Can't see anything related in the event viewer, neither an error code or anything.

Anyone knows how to handle this? Thanks =).

MORE INFO

I updated windows to the last build without windows insider. Current version:

  • Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.657)

edit: I joined the insider program with my accounts.

I tried to use another new created account. Same.

I switched to local user/then to microsoft user. Same.

My windows is not a clean install, I've using and updating it since beta in... 2014 or 2015 or so.

My Windows Insider Program tab in the Settings panel only shows that button with a text (can be seen in the background in the image)
