My notification icons are bouncing left and right. Not the time itself, but the icons left of the date & time.
I will post what I have tried in an attempt to resolve, and the system details about the computer.
* I have a clean fresh install of Windows 10 as an attempt to resolve the issue.
* I have updated all drivers per the manufacturers website (Dell)
* I confirmed the Intel 520 graphics driver was the latest per the Intel website.
* I have tried a clean boot, and disabled all start up items.
* I have disabled all Non-Microsoft services.
* I have tried booting into safe mode
* I have ran Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
* Then I ran sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow did find corrupt files, even after a clean install - message states it successfully repaired them
Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this issue?
