Windows 11 notification sound keeps happening even though all notifications turned off (Windows 11)

I am running Windows 11. After a recent update several weeks ago, my computer suddenly started up with notifications again after I had previously turned them all off. I changed the settings, but the computer is persistently making the notification chime very often throughout the day, even though I have:Individually turned off notifications from all apps in the notification settingsTurned off the setting to play sounds for notificationsTurned off notifications in generalTurned on "do not disturb"Nothing makes a difference--the chime keeps happening.
