Windows 11 ntoskml.exe even after windows reinstall.

im bluescreening with a variety of different codes sometimes after booting pc and after running sfc /scannow commands with the ntoskml.exe being mentioned in some of them. Ive since tried restoring my windows to a previous point without it fixing the issue and after that re installing windows and the problem seems to persist. Someone suggested running driver verifier here is the minidump produced after 071224-8125-01.dmp
