Windows 11 NTOSKRNL.EXE BSOD

I'm not even sure on what to say at this point. I took my PC into a repair shop, did nothing to help, I've asked countless questions on these forums and so far nothing has worked.As the question suggests I keep getting BSOD's that all have the what failed being "NTOSKRNL.EXE" I have no idea what that is but the stop code changes a lot, mainly being kernel security check failure and irql not less or equal.If anyone could help me fix this here is my minidump: 082623-9468-01.dmp
