Windows 10 NTVDM Application Error on Windows 10 32-bit since April update - 1803

Hello;


I still use some old, DOS, 16-bit applications, so I need to use Windows 10 (Pro) 32-bit.

Everything worked fine till I installed Windows 10 April update - version 1803.

Since that time 16-bit applications crash.

It happens randomly. Sometimes application works without a problem for hours, and sometimes it crashes after 5 minutes and sometimes it crashes during start.

There is no error massage on the screen - just 16-bit application disappears.

I found in the event viewer information about this crashes.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem ?
