Windows 10 NvFBCPluginWindow shut down message prevents from shutdown my computer. What's the problem and how to fix it?

It is the second time when I try to shutdown my computer the following message appears "NvFBCPluginWindow shutting down". It actually prevents my computer from shutdown . What's the problem and how to fix it? To shutdown the computer I have to unplug it from power.For information: Windows 10, last Microsoft Update was in Feb 2022.
