Windows 11 NVIDIA GPU Problems

I have had a blue screen while playing a game. Upon restart, I have found that my NVDIDIA GPU was greyed out and wasn't being detected I think (error code 45 or something). I tried many thing to make it worked, and finally uninstalled it in safe mode to reinstall it, but I then realise there was no option in the device manager to do so, it is now gone and when I go to the NVIDIA website to try and reinstall it the only thing I find is NVIDIA graphic drivers that i can't install because I 'No NVIDIA GPU is detected on your system'.Thanks for any help.
