Hello,

I had a desktop build which contains Ryzen 2700x, Msi x370 pro carbon, 16x2 3200mhz rams and 2x Nvme's and 2x SSD's.

I build this computer in 2018 December. Everything was fine till the 1909 update.

After some time, my Nvme (Samsung Evo 970 256gb) gone while gaming. I couldnt see in bios and windows.

I tried to change bios settings as mostly people said in web. I find nvme in bios and windows.

After some time of gaming or surfing, nvme gone again.

I switched Nvme slots, everything was fine till 2 hours.

XPG Nvme gone.

After this situation, I think nvmes have problem, updated firmware still same.

I send all of them to RMA. They said me, no problem in disks.

I didnt use XPG nvme, only 1x samsung evo 970 and 2x samsung 860 ssds.

One of SSD gone while gaming.

I changed all sata cables, sata slots, still same.

I thought motherboard or cpu have problem. Changed my system to new one. Gigabyte Aorus z390 elite and Intel 9600k.

I downloaded fresh windows, formatted all drives, builded new system.

I have still same problem.

If i use 2x nvme and 2x ssds, one of nvme gone everytime.

If i use 1x nvme and 2x ssds, one of ssd gone.

If i use 1x nvme and 1x ssd, ssd gone.

This happened after 1903 or 1909. I am not sure but this started last 3-4 months.

I checked every web site for fixing this. Tried every bios setting, cmos reset, bios reset, setting reset, boot key reset, UEFI reset, ram change, mb change, cpu change, psu change, case change... Still same.

I am sure about this is OS problem.

I read 2 days about same problem who have wrote in web.

Couldnt find a fix.

Every people who have this problem, thinks they have hardware problems. And tryin everything to fix this but no way.

I am sure about this OS problem. What can i do now? I am stuck...
