Windows 11 OBJ with texture not showning

Have an OBJ file with MTL and BMP in the same folder, - it shows the texture correctly in 3d viewer on one of my PCs, but not on my other PC. Both are running win 11 - its the same problem in different CAD programs. Any suggestions?
