Windows 11 Occasional Grey Bars Across Display?

I am running a new Windows 11 Home edition on an Inspiron 16 5640. Occasionally I will get grey horizontal bars going across my screen. It lasts for around 5 to 10 seconds at most (the worst being ~15 seconds), or until I reset the laptop. The screen and keyboard are still functional when this happens, and none of my files appear to be impacted (though I could be missing something). The grey bars seem like an overlay of some sort, as I'm still able to see the screen, and I have not downloaded anything recently. How do I stop this from happening entirely? My laptop is up to date also.I apologiz
