Windows 11 Occasionally all my disks disappear from task manager when saving a file

For a while now when I upgraded my hdd to a sata ssd (which is basically my storage with which I work on my projects and files) it's happening that when I save a large file (usually in blender which is the software I use the most) the file stops responding and when I open the task manager I see how my 3 disks have disappeared, usually they reappear after a few minutes and the file is saved correctly, but on other occasions the file never responds and I have to force close the program
