Windows 11 OEM key question

Question:I bought a windows 10 home (now 11) OEM key off of new egg for about 100 dollars and don’t want to have to buy a new retail key if I upgrade my motherboard. Since this key was purchased separately and not tied or preinstalled to my motherboard like manufactures do, could I use it again without violating Microsoft terms of service? I checked show keys plus and it says OEM key not present in firmware. I also have the product key and cd that came with it still. The key is OEM:NONSLP
