Windows 10 Offline install of .Net 3.5 fails on Windows 10 with error 0x800F081F, the source files could not be found

I have an offline Windows 10 system and am trying to install .Net 3.5.1. I got the CAB file from a windows 10 ISO I just downloaded and copied the CAB file to c:\windows. I ran the command: Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:%windir% /LimitAccess I get a message the 3.5 is enabled but I also get the error: error 0x800f081f The source files could not be found Not understanding this as I told it where the source is. Possibly not the same version of Windows 10 as I did not do the install. How can I get around this or fix this error? Ty. ...ar
