Windows 10 okay, so my father went on my laptop and said he "blocked my system settings" and every time i try to open it, it crashes.

i hate it because if i have an un-needed app i cannot uninstall. idk how my dad did it or anything, i just want helpa thing i tried was restarting. (ofc didnt work)then googled my question, and did these following steps from someone"Open StartType: cmdRight click CMDClick Run as administratorAt the command prompt, type:net user administrator /active:yesHit Enter"after that, i restarted, didnt work.it also started making my roblox app crash upon opening.i js need help any is appreciated
