Windows 10 Okb (deleted/unsync) folder in Recycle Bin. How do I delete them?

I have these too many 0kb file in my Recycle Bin. Whenever I delete or unsync folder in Onedrive, those folder will emerge or sent to Recycle Bin. The problem is, I cannot permanently delete them from the Recycle Bin. I click "Empty Recycle Bin" (to delete all) and /or right click at one folder and select "Delete" (to delete that particular folder) but nothing happen. They just stuck there without Windows informing me why they're still there. It will happen to all PC that at the time connected and log in with the same account (Win10 and Win11 alike).
