Windows 11 Old games suddenly will not go into full screen.

I have some really old games (2002-2003 time frame) that recently will not go into full screen mode. It's too small to see on the screen to play. It was working before. Now the game is in the middle of the screen. I have tried compatibility settings and nothing seems to work.Any ideas?
