Windows 11 Old outdated phone number is used for sms verification instead of correct one which was already set up long time ago

I have updated bios on my HP laptop. After reboot it asks me for recovery keys, but I can not get it from MS site because they ask me to verify myself via sms code. But for some strange reason MS sending this code to my previous outdated phone number, which was changed a long time ago. The correct one is displayed in personal info, but the old one is used for sms !!! Your completely block my work !!!
