Windows 10 Old pc game discs not working on windows 10

Hello all, I was recently fortunate enough to find a copy of lord of the rings conquest unopened. I went to install the game on my pc and the install gets caught up at 15 or so percent. I have tried compatibility modes and admin permissions and neither seemed to work so I am stuck. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!
