Windows 11 On all Windows 11 machines at my work h,c and v dont work sometimes.

Basically if you hit the windows key and have the search menu pop up and then click off of it h, c and v no longer work when typing. This only happens on windows 11 machines its not the keyboard as I even tried it on a keyboard test site and it detects that h, c and v are being pressed it just doesn't actually type them out. The current "fix" is to just tap the windows key twice if the h, c and v stop working but I want to know if there's a more permanent fix.
