Windows 11 On Lenovo when bring up the boot menu I see PXE IPv4 Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller listed 7 times

On Lenovo desktop when bring up the boot menu to boot to a recovery USB or any other device, in the boot menu I see PXE IPv4 Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller listed 7 times.Is that normal or should it be listed only once? And if only once, how to I fix this, since this has to be coming from the UEFI Bios?
