Windows 10 On my computer I cannot print emails when I'm on the internet.

I had no problems with printing anything until 5/17 and now (5/20) emails do not print. I go into print the email has a print button and when I hit that button it disappears, there is no error message, so I'll try again later in the day or the next day but today nothing is printing from the past two days.
