Windows 11 On my windows 11 laptop, even when barely anything is open either windows desktop manager or antimalware executable and using extreme amounts of GPU,

So I have a laptop with windows11, at some point last year I started getting this issue where whenever I have anything open either windows desktop manager or antimalware executable are using all of my GPU. Back then(probably started october/november 2022) I was using windows 10, since then I switched to linux for a while and recently( probably 1-2 months ago) I reinstalled windows 10 and a few days upgraded to windows 11. Now, even though I have a new OS and everything on my drive has been wiped at least twice this problem still persists.
