Windows 11 On startup- Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device.

When i turn my laptop on it says “Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again.” But when i do that the screen then goes black and says “The User Profile Service failed to sign in User profile cannot be loaded.”* Changed to a question* Original title: How do I fix this
