Windows 10 One Cloud Messaging my email will be cut off because too much in storage! I filed nothing to one cloud!!

I have never created any folders in One Drive But I am receiving messages from Microsoft that my email will be suspended because my cloud storage is 95% full?? When i went to one cloud storage i found lots of my photos?? When i deleted them that deleted the images from my original photo files!! I have deleted emails and other files related to my msn email from one cloud but DO NOT intentionally file any photos to one cloud.lThanks BBenz78
