Windows 11 One drive Dokumente Bilder folders

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 in the UK, but the OneDrive folder has 2 random folders called ‘Dokumente’ and ‘Bilder’. Does anyone know why these are here, or does it seem a bit dodgy?
