Windows 11 One drive is a gross and negligent over sight of security. After deleting it, it deleted all of my files which I never gave it permission to rip them

One drive is a gross and negligent over sight of security and privacy. I never gave it permission to rip my files off of my local machine. Then when I tried to take it off machine it deleted everything...... You can't do that on someone's local hardware that is a clear breach of privacy.
