Windows 11 OneDrive checkmarks cover corner of desktop icons that shows whether it's a shortcut or not

How can I move the OneDrive checkmarks to a different corner of my icons on the desktop ? The green checkmark covers the sub-icon that displays which icons are shortcuts. I'm so annoyed with this that I want to delete every trace of OneDrive off of my machine.HP Envy laptop with Windows 11 v22H2Here's a section of my desktop:Thanks
