Windows 10 OneDrive keeps creating an empty folder on my desktop

Previously I have a folder named "XQ" on my desktop with OneDrive sync on. Afterwards, I merged other folders and this one into another folder stored on my desktop. Now whenever I start-up my computer and use it, a folder is created on my desktop with the exact name "XQ", which is empty. I noticed this folder is created whenever I use the file picker in Edge. I've tried to delete the folder multiple times but it still shows up every time. It's just empty with nothing inside, created at the exact same time I used the file picker to access items in Edge.
