Windows 11 OneDrive uploaded a large folder and now holding all files hostage, demanding upgrade.

I configured OneDrive to not sync pictures folder as I was adding a large folder to it. OneDrive synced it any way. Now denying me access to any thing on it and removed the files from my personal drive. And demanding upgrade.Don't want it and don't need OneDrive. Attempting to remove large folder as have it safely backed up on a reliable SDD USB drive. Can't.How do I get the few files that were previously sync'd? And disable OneDrive completely?Edit. Got files back by rebooting, deleting large folder then re-syncing pictures, desktop, and documents folders. Second question remains with one mod
