Windows 10 OneDrive verifying codes issue on all devices. Cannot access Personal Vault now.

OneDrive sends verify code then says it cannot send verify code. I click on I have a code. It states the code was incorrect.I tried 2 different emails and phone tex. Same behavior for all methods. Personal Vault cannot be opened now.Need a fix.
