Windows 11 OneDrive won’t sign in and multiple tabs are not working including Discord

Yesterday my WiFi was down for nearly the whole day and it took my brother unplugging the modem for a few hours to get it back up. Now when I woke up this morning, OneDrive was not signing in no matter what and several tabs were not loading including Discord and this one (I have to use my phone). I’ve been getting errors like ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. These are not the only issues, my Mom’s phone lines and texts are not working either. What do we do, we need help as soon as possible.
