Windows 11 Opening Windows Mail App Forces me to Open "New Outlook"

Hello, I've found that occasionally when I open the Windows Mail app, the "new" Outlook is forcibly opened. This used to be a toggle on the main page but now it opens no matter what.I can switch back when in "new" Outlook but it is annoying that I need to do this.The "new" outlook is hot garbage and just the OWA version bundled into an exe. It feels like it's still in a beta mode and is still missing multiple key features (i.e., shared inboxes). I don't want to switch to this yet.The whole using Windows via a bunch of web apps is so slow and clunky...
