Windows 11 OpenVPN installation error for Surface Pro 9 (windows 11 Pro with ARM) with QUALCOMM SQ3

Hello- I am trying to install OpenVPN for Windows Client and I am unable to have a successful installation. I have downloaded the latest package "OpenVPN-2.6.5-I001-arm64.msi" . I continue to receive the following error OpenVPNMSICA: get_net_adapter_guid:SetupDIOpenDevRegKey failed Error -536870396The installation eventually gets completed but the GUI doesn't open. Kindly help to resolve . I am attaching the screenshot. I have tried installing by switching the windows defender firewall, still the same error appears. I am installing on my surface pro 9 with SQ3 processor (ARM based PC)Kindly h
