Windows 11 Operating System did not shut down cleanly, reconstructing cache metadata + all apps shut down on sleep

for the past 3 weeks every time turn off my windows 11 desktop using the power menu (which is how ur supposed to do it) and then turn it back on the next day as it starts up it says "Operating System did not shut down cleanly, reconstructing cache metadata" as if I had just pulled the plug on it instead of turning it off properly. Everything still works fine but I'm afraid im damaging the computer. Does anyone know if this is something I should be worried about, and if so, are there any fixes out there for it?There is also another issue I suspect is related since it started at the same time: a
