Windows 11 'Optimization not available (File system t...)' File system what exactly??

Hello MS Support,I have a Moser Baer pen drive that became faulty less than a week ago. It got stuck in a loop where it keeps connecting and ejecting itself every 10 seconds or so. When I tried to fix that issue by formatting it to FAT, it ejected in the middle of formatting, and it gave me the error message 'Windows couldn't complete the format'. So, out of curiosity, when I checked the Defrag tool (just because why not ;)) it said 'Optimization not available (File system t...)What does it say beyond '(File system t...)? Just curious as I couldn't find any info onlineFYI the drive '//?/Volume
